Ref: Offer period July 1st, 2020 ending December 31st, 2020

If a customer purchases or special orders a gown (Bridal, mother of or guest) from Zola Keller during the offer period for an event at a public venue that is closed within 12 months by government mandate, if requested, the customer will receive a full refund.

We must be sensitive to the concerns  of our customer especially due to Covid 19, it is part of service and what built ZK into one of the strongest and most respected brands in the country.
